Social workers help you get the most out of your relationships, your work and your community life. They help you identify the source of stress or the origin of difficulties, strengthen your coping skills and find effective solutions to your problems. Social workers are unique among care professionals because they study people’s problems in the context of their families, workplaces and communities, and examine the connection between personal problems and broader social issues. Social workers provide various forms of counselling and therapy, and mediate conflicts. Social workers provide the majority of counselling and psychotherapy services in Ontario.

Their effort is really apricated. Knowing that humanity is one big family and that all of us – all of us! – are partly responsible for the disorder of this unjust world that we have created and in which we live.
