Inform us of excellent routes up UK mountains and hills, including quieter trails on renowned peaks
In the UK you will find a wide variety of mountains and hills to the summits, nearly all without any specialist climbing facilities. Many of them are distant, while others are so well trampled that the routes are being maintained 24 hours a day. Please inform us about the less well-known and exciting paths, and peaks which attract not many walkers.
Share details of your experiences, including guidance, excellent opinions, places to fill up missed calories and encounters with wildlife. Even famous mountains like Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Pen-y-Fan have many interesting walks up and down. Some of them can be accessed by government transport, others require a vehicle–provide information on how to get to the walking beginning.
